About Me

I obtained my undergraduate degree from Hunter College in New York City, and my PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Michigan. Prior to opening my private practice in 2016, I worked at Bradley Hospital for 13 years. During that time, I treated children and adolescents in inpatient, residential, outpatient and acute outpatient settings.

I have been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and currently work primarily with adolescents, young adults, and parents. I view therapy as a collaborative process, and my role as that of a guide. I also feel incredibly privileged that clients share their journeys with me.

When not working, I enjoy reading, traveling, spending time near the ocean, binge watching the occasional horror or suspense series, and spending time with my family (human, canine, and feline) and friends.
